Why should you invest?
Well, people like you have jobs, and they could be really good jobs, or not very good jobs, either way you are structuring our community, but so is everyone else. Not investing may not effect your job in any way, but that will only last until other people either lose their jobs or quit their jobs. You have other people who work to set up your work, or to finalize it, but if those people weren't there, now what? If you lost people who work for you, then the only way to keep your job would be to do their jobs as well. And what would one main cause of this be? Why that would be because their employers are either abusing them, or they are restricting/ going against a union they have.

What would happen to our employers/employees?
The answer to that question would be that we would defend your employees and defend their unions, as well as keep the employer from abusing their power. But we will make sure the employer is not put into a state where the employees overpower the employer.
Why would you care for those who are like this?
Because they are part of society, and if all people in one industry strike or quit, than what happens to you?
If half the meat industries quit or strike, than you probably would get half the meat, or the same amount, but for a higher price. Defending these people can help prevent things like that.
How is a union started? Why?
A union is started by you and or your employees by contacting the NLRB and they will need to see a suitable showing of interests in your coworkers. At least 30% of your coworkers need to be showing interest in the forming of the union.
After they have approved that you are qualified to form a union they will set up a date for a representative election. This election will be in your work place and you and you coworkers will vote for a union or no union, the pro union votes must win the majority for a union to be formed.(supervisors and management are not allowed to vote). A union can be formed for many reasons for example unfair treatment,poor pay, high hours with no overtime, and old and dangerous equipment that the employer requires the employees to work with.
